TAX - There is no sales tax on
cookies sold in Florida, but if you are purchasing gift items such as coffee
mugs, hats, or shirts to be shipped to an address in Florida, 7% tax will be
charged on those items only.
RETURNS - All Casey's Cookies
items carry a 30 day money back guarantee (shipping not included).
To request a refund, or to return gift items (not food items) during the warranty period, please call or
email us to advise that a return is coming and obtain a Return Authorization
number. Return shipping expense is the
responsibility of the customer.
Please include the packing slip or a sheet of paper with your name, address,
email address, and phone number. Once we determine that the gift item is still in
new condition, we will issue a credit to the card you originally used for
your purchase. Note: Shipping charges are not credited with your return.
Note: There is never a need to return a food item. If you are unhappy
with a food item purchased from Casey's Cookies, just let us know within 30
days of your purchase and we will refund the amount paid (less shipping).

REJECTED ORDERS - Casey's
reject any order that it considers fraudulent, or where the price that was
charged is in error. Casey's Cookies also reserves the right to reject an
order if there is insufficient stock available to fill the order.
